There are several factors that go into deciding how often a property needs to be maintained. Depending on how many trees you have, how much turf grass you have, and what time of year it is, the frequency can change. Mowing is typically done weekly.
For routine mowing, mulching is usually the best option. This requires finer blades. However, if you're mowing for the first time in a while and are mowing longer pieces of grass, it is best to use a bag as the blades won't be mulched as easily.
Chemical fertilization is the most common form of fertilizer and consists of inorganic material. Bio-fertilization is a term used for fertilizing products that have live microbial organisms and other organic materials. Both are effective forms of fertilization.
The thing that distinguishes a residential property from a commercial one is usually the size. Commercial properties are typically bigger and are used for business or leasing, and residential properties are smaller with a home owned by a person or family.

The length you cut your grass to influences how often it needs to be watered and what it can be used for. If your grass is mostly just used for visual greenery and isn't used for sports or other activities, you can usually let it grow a little longer to about 2.5 inches. However, if you have a field that's used for sports or other things, it usually needs to be shorter and mowed more often. These fields are typically around 1.5-2 inches tall and need to be mowed and watered more frequently as a result.
